After this chapter the manga went on hiatus for quite a few months due to the mangaka's poor health. I guess she really struggled through drawing this chapter, which explains the sparse (and confusing) drawings and panels?
...I kinda dislike how cryptic this manga can be sometimes. Especially with the sparse drawings. I noticed when I was looking at this manga in various places before, the volume releases tend to have more drawings than the magazine chapters. But it's still soo little. Entire pages with just a couple things drawn and barely any background or even tones. Does the author not have a group of assistants...? Anyway, it's too bad 'cause the art is pretty cute. But this on top of hard to understand thoughts and dialogue, made even more confusing with the difficulty in distinguishing who is saying what, is making the manga a bit less enjoyable. I absolutely loved it in the beginning because it was sooo cute and sweet.

I think it might have been a bit rushed, bit of writer's block or something . . . I notice the background is kind of sparse, which seems to happen in those cases sometimes.

wow! supuse que era la única, que pensaba que el orden en que se narra... es un tanto confuso, pero admito que el arte de Yamakawa Aiji es realmente hermoso *o* y la historia es rebosante de ternura!:3 espero que sigan subiendo capitulos:D saludos desde Chile.
Siento que los capitulos son un tanto confusos, tanto con lo que está pasando como con el punto de vista de quien habla. Aún así la historia es bastante tranquila, quizá va demasiaaado lento pero es bonito

Ugh. The side story was really nice, but now I really want a continuation of the main series. It's been so long...
Mm. Well, at least both the parties in the side-story found others they could be happy with. This oneshot was bittersweet, but 5cm per second had like a 95:5 bitter to sweet ratio.
That one shot was just cute and hapy and sad at the same time~
