the art and story is to love, but the translations and inconsistent colouring is painful to read, made worse by the webcomic-style panels....

Art is bad, and incomplete. At least every page looks like it was half way in the process if being sketched with background faces skipped altogether and so on.
Story is stupid and pretty nonexistent. It's all someones idea of cute, the art, the "story" etc. and only that.
All caps means it's written in an ancient & dead alphabetic language (e.g. Latin/Greek) that never had minuscles.
No wonder it's so hard to understand...
I see, well, I'm glad to see Buka is trying to show their products to largers fanbases, but they REALLY need better translators to make those look appealing.

EDIT: Apparently it's the only symbol that is passable in some Chinese-speaking places, but at the same time it's usually used to give a Japanese feel. So author really is a dumb weeb.
