Actually he would be right to say learning Brazillian, or perhaps Brazillian Portugese. Either way, Portugese and Brazillian Portugese have differences, the variations occuring after Portugal left the colonies behind, leaving a melding of language and cultures from the varied native and portugese people.
Brazil is a Portuguese language speaking country. A little holdover from the 16th century era of exploration, trade and colonization of the Americas when Spain and Portugal had sway over most of the "new world".

i can deal to some extent to indie art, (even with all the uneveness)
but be either a webtoon style or a comic/manga style..
its way too much in too little space, the random number of frames don't help either making VERY HARD to follow..
