Stopped reading at chap.9.

Drawings are alright. Characters are boring and unrelatable. Speech bubble are confusing and using different font to make it "clearer" is actually a terrible way to help it. There's no sense of direction in the story. Chapters are too short for anything to actually happen, and somehow, it still feels like it was rushed and that for every panel the author present, there should have been at least three for it be read smoothly.

its been way too long for you to care about the answer but im bored so: chinese has no separate pronouns for gender, the word used to refer to people is simply "ta" and objects are referred to as "zhege" or "nage" (this and that, respectively). if one wanted to specify, they would say "zhege/nage nuhai" (this/that girl) or "zhege/nage nanhai" (this/that boy). 

Actually, while "tā" is the pronoun for him/her, the spelling is different 他(he) / 她 (she). The confusion could arise if the author purposely misused pronouns, or if they used other, gender-neutral expressions.

I am really confused as to why they have to change schools.

I suspect that it's because the Chinese word for "he" and "she" (and "it" but that's a different matter) is pronounced the same - could look up the original manhwa but I'm too lazy lol

No offend, manhua sucks. Unlike manhwa somehow depicts its style now, most manhua I have read copied or just modified what manga was doing.

Even if you are right about it depending on the country, it seems bizarre that groups would translate into a language native to a country which allows such things.  But, I do lack perspective on the whole thing as an outside observer.  Perhaps there is some opportunity for exploitation that I am overlooking in the whole process.

Why one would go throught it completely depends on the person, an example could be that one at least does it legally.

ugh . . . I don't even know what to think about this. It feels like it has potential but it just doesn't flow well for me . . . maybe I'll just wait and see if people rate it more favorably but right now, it's kind of dull.

I hated the "serious" font, sorry. It's like swapping between the sense of reading a newspaper and a manga. And I got tired of that.

With you on that .. SansSerif (fonts with decorative features) typefaces are always a burden to read in any comic medium. All caps sans scripts typically are always more pleasing to the eye and retain that comic/manga feel that you loose with newsprint styled fonts. Some people don't mind it, but the chapter seems to lose its playful allure when you default to a non caps typeface, ya know?

So we are going to learn about the differences between north and south China {nan is south as in Nanjing[南京 = southern capital; aka Nanking] while bei is north as in Beijing[北京 = northern capital; aka Peking]}. Could be funny, but since I don't really know much about China anyway I won't notice things that aren't explained xD

The typesetting is a bit awkward but the artwork is great for a first time webtooner. It does sort of feel like lots of single frame artworks pieced together instead of one cohesive story, and I wish the chapters were a little longer, but I liked it overall (:
