The arabic title "قرعة اليد" is unused name for the Rock-Paper-Scissors game.. so the english one too : "Hand Command" is translation of this game very old chinsese name.

It's very rare that a comic connects to me on a personal level, but the main character of this gripping story reminds me of myself in my youth, giving my all to analyzing the most respectable of sports in the pursuit of intellectual victory. Five stars.

Haha, I like it. Beautiful parody of shounen tropes and styles, and amusingly overdone. The art is admittedly eh, but if you can read Onepunch Man in its original form, this is nothing too bad. Guy clearly put a lot of work into it, at least.
Will be reading.
