He probably assumed it was a manga since it's tagged as one. It seems to happen everytime with comics uploaded here, they always tag it as manga instead of other.
Well, if you want to judge a book by its cover... the author's and illustrator's names sound western enough to me, and if you need that explained...
Why is it left to right ?
I think that's the main reason I'm following it too, the art's nice. I disagree with the MC being interesting but it's only been 1 chapter, I hope it gets better.
The author kinda forces such situations on him ("hottest/most popular girl in school"? really? That's being cliche OF cliche) but the main character himself is pretty interesting imo. I like the art too.
