I'm so happy to see that this series got picked up after Go! Comi went under. I bought the first 3 books that were released over here and was disappointed when I thought I wouldn't be able to finish reading the story. Thanks so much for doing this, Transcendence Scans.
Woah...i had the second ending from the Akatsuki no Yona anime start at around page 39....that was just perfect.
Um I can think of manga's where a lot of the females are actually good at heart. One in particular is "Say I love you" most of the females start rough around the edges at first but end up actually being close friends with the female lead. Admitedly a well done romance manga can only shine when there is a good antagonist. It's better though if the antagonist isn't cliche though and has only negative qualities because then it makes the situation seem stupid
Not true. Shoujo manga heroines' best friends are not bitchy (unless they also have a crush on the heroine's love interest).
As for why the other women are bitchy. Of course it's to keep things interesting.
A story with a protagonist but without an antagonist is just a mediocre romance manga. Add in an antagonist and it upgrades to a good romance manga. Then add in a good story with good relationship plots and it becomes an awesome romance manga.
Duh.
why are women all bitches in shoujo mangas like these except for the heroine? it's a really cheap way to make readers support the mc, not to mention hella sexist.
