It reads like a 'how to identify a creeper/stalker' handbook ... but, apparently, this is romantic and what girls like.

More like "Who not to date" since the attitude of both lead characters are unbearable.

Because orange marmalade is bittersweet?

Apparently, forcing your affections on people who repeatedly tell you to fuck off is ... romantic now? As, apparently, is arbitrarily deciding things for them, physically harassing them ...

Only if two conditions are met:

1. The guy is ridiculously good looking.

2. He's fictional. 

Then yes, it's supposed to be romantic... although so far I find him irritating. I'm only on the beginning though so...

Baby steps. Slowly diversity will be accepted and respected fully. As of now, it's dream that has yet to be fully realized but I hope that someday it will happen for Mari's world and for the reality that we live in....

The ending to this actually made me cry, It was kind of perfect, to end it in this way.

And Mari ended up actually happy. That is quite wonderful.

Now that the series is over, can someone please explain to me why it's called "Orange Marmalade?"

I remember the author saying during a Q&A at some point that it would become clear later on but I'm still more or less in the dark. Any ideas?

Cute ending, but I feel like there was so much more to explore in this world and the characters. We never really got to understand Sihoo as a character. The whole human/vampire discrimination was tied up too quickly. (Why would people who discriminate against vampires care about a vampire pleading not to have their daughter dispelled?) Ending felt rushed and cliched. I was really hoping for Mari to stay a strong character, but she had to attempt suicide... >_>

Can't tell if forced ending or bad ending.

Not satisfying, went the "we're sorry we were assholes - it's okay" route, so kinda meh.

Could have been worse though.

I still feel like Si Hoo was kind of screwed in the end. He gets some dialouge but he mentions "Vampires like me won't be welcomed" and then he just disappears with Chaerin. I wish that he would've gotten more development to believe being like Ma Ri was better than what he originally thought. Oh well, maybe we'll get more follow-up on his story. It was a great run.
