What a terrible, terrible manga. Horribly drawn, with extremely stupid plot (or at least something which pretended to be a plot) and unlikeable characters, it just might be the worst manga I've ever read.
I have no idea how anyone could enjoy this in any way.
Before i pick this up again i want to know if what you said is real, about the oneshot i mean and where can i find it, because really i might rather they cross the line or part ways cleanly.
Well, until the one-shot sequel were we find out they really couldn't continue that kind of lifestyle, got drunk one night, and ended up having sex. From there it become a downward spiral of morality between the two of them that we could (Most of us at least) enjoy properly.
Instead of this crap ending...
It was resolved... just in an unsatisfying way. I'm kinda surprised that it ended this way the author isn't usually one to pull her punches.. I admit with this ending it was a complete disappointment. She'd have been better off doing the "they aren't actually siblings" route. Which while cliche there was at least ENOUGH of a groundwork to consider that a proper explanation (seriously what mother just goes "oh let my child have the shit knocked out of her she probably deserved it") . So yeah this was a disappointing ending for a manga that was going along so well.
Nope, it takes more guts to go against the whole society and throw away everything for love.
Anyway, the cowards aren't the characters. It's the author.
If you want to read something more realistic, with a different ending, go for Koi Kaze.
Coward? It takes more guts to ignore your primal instincts and stay true to yourself till the end, than give up and choose a side route where you can actually go further.

Well, end kind of sucks, but really, what were they gonna do? Maybe they could have gotten away with more a few years ago, but near as I can make out Japan is rapidly ceasing to be the Wild West in terms of perversion in non-adult media.
Thank you very much to the scanlators for bringing us all the way to the end - maybe Kagesaki-sensei didn't give us the best ending, but it was closure that we wouldn't have had otherwise. Much appreciated.

Thank you also to the commenters! I can't remember the last time I saw a manga conclude without everyone and their brother spoilering up the last page of comments with the majority of the plot details. To have only two posts on the whole last page that give away a major detail of the ending must be some kind of record. (^_~)

Well yes. But this manga is relatively simple and doesn't make an attempt to start a discussion about this topic. So I'm just talking about the romance within the scope of that fact.
I feel the opposite because despite their feelings being mutual (both the sincere love and the lust!) they don't get together because society frowns on it.
Well, I like the ending. It's a bit short and hasty but they're pretty much in a romantic relationship. Sex isn't the most important thing for romance, that they are content with staying virgins forever just shows their devotion to each other, so it's actually more powerful that way.
I'm just glad that I got to read the end after all this time. It was fun.
Id say its gonna take a tremendous amount of willpower from noa to keep herself from assaulting her brother.
The ending was horrible. But, alas, the final punchline was hilarious.
