ahh yes, I understand the last chapter was about. its sad, because it does happened a lot in my country, where young people, who only see sex for fun, to release their lust without thinking, young people who were naive about sex, when their partner got pregnant the others will abandoned it like fucking garbage, dumped newborn baby in toilet, garbage bins & public drain.

Sex is fun. Problem is that those idiots do it without protection. And usually it's because of lack of proper sexual education and bigotry of their parents etc.

I read 3 pages of the first chapter and NOPPED the f*ck out. I've seen thousands of actual beggars both in 3rd and 1st world countries. I just know from experience that those guys have it pretty hard.

I then came back and read chapter 10, the one about the snowman. The author did make it funny but I just can't get into it. There's too many feels for me.

I have trouble with this type of comedy. It's similar to the manga about the humanized cockroach (Gokicha) A story about an earnest cockroach girl who wants everyone to be happy but people treat her like pest. There is humour in that but it just breaks my heart seeing the cockroach girl's futile goal of being loved by humans no matter how much the author tries to downplay it.

Chapter 10 of this manga was funny but I was saddened by how everyone tried to avoid omarai and the other girl. I don't know... maybe this type of manga isn't for me.

I like dark comedy, so I wasn't so shocked by this, but I understand why it wouldn't be to everyone's taste.  I don't know if I'll finish it just because I'm not a huge fan of Go Nagai's style and for me, cringing is fun for only so long.  However, I didn't take this as just making light of the poor--but more so, those who just won't help themselves. I think that these people are eccentric and stupid (the tragedy is in the latter) and even if in different situations would just thrust themselves downward.  I'm a little embarrassed to say I've known a number of people that this could be parodying.  They think they groom well enough but smell like cat wee or sweat or even worse, or think that they don't need to brush their hair everyday (but really ought to), could never appear up to dresscode even if they aren't poor--but it's usually that they disdain such things.  These types just won't do well unless they have the drive to do things their own way on their own.  Maybe it's cruel from a humanitarian standpoint that we disdain these types, but this care has function in real life, and does all the way through much of the animal kingdom.

Gokicha is sad, I couldn't read it. But mosly because even cartoon cockroaches freak me out too much.  XD

That Devilman reference...

It's "tragic comedy", but not comedy-tragedy. It's a sort of comedy that draws humour from a character's plights.

Why they don't just wash him with a hose... ?

You lost your job but at least you still have your life.

well the comments pulled me in. but after reading the first chapter i thought it was not for me. the style of speech really annoys me.

I hope that all of you youngsters in college paid proper attention to chapter 2's lesson on how to prepare your test paper before turning it in to your professor.

Can't help it. Gotta follow a Go Nagai story!

Im not quite sure what Im getting myself into but the translation hooked me in. Looking forward to see where this goes.
