very nice. some unnecessary female exposure, but i guess it's to be expected. the talking onion was unexpected.

This book is gold. Period.

A very nice set of stories.  All of them are different, but have a great lesson about going forward and not giving in to despair.  The sequel to the title story does contain a lesson.  If you're an emotionally serious person, don't trust someone who confesses easily and without embarrassment.  That person is a player.  I've seen it over and over, from junior high through middle age.

I enjoyed this enough that I'm going to read the mangaka's other works available.

Well that was a nice read. The onion chapter was an interesting change of pace.

heartwarming

twas a good read indeed
i enjoyed reading it because i can relate with all the "neet" thing since i am a neet for a long time and as of lately i found some motivation to start doing new things...
all in all good little manga that is worth you time.
Wow! Great ending! The whole series was very well done, even if parts were a little strange.
"Our Secret" made me lol. Kumi actually thought that, if she lived in the warring states era, she'd have been a samurai... If you think the current era is still too strict with its gender roles, the warring states era is not for you.
The art is great, but the stories are alright at best in my opinion. My favorite from the set would have to be "Our Secret."
The first story didn't really do anything for me because for all the pages given I didn't know much about the leads toward the end.
Spoiler

So when the two major moments came by I didn't really feel anything. I think it mighthave been better as a two-parter with a little time skip to see how they came along instead of the time skip a full chapter of its own.
The other stories are kind of just -- there.
3 out of 5 NEETS! Welcome to the NHK :D
People said it was generic because the first story was uploaded by itself at first. The first one was pretty generic.
Aw man, I want more!
Excellent end to the last story. :)
These are a great mixture of reality and humor. Liked all but the second which seemed pointless. Couldn't stop laughing at the third and that last page of the last story. All in all great.
Sweet Jesus, this is good!

It's those short stories about everyday life and such, like, things we can relate to ; but for these kinda things to work, you must have a good storytelling ability.
This book delivers in this category.
Kuroki tomoko when she is adult.
No, I totally see it. I for one am just sick of this relentless formula of stories about talking onions.
I fail to see what's generic about these.
This is decent. It could be me not reading enough manga, but I don't see why people say this is generic, especially the onion one.
That was a satisfying read... Pretty rare these days... ^_^
A little too generic/predictable for my taste. Expectations were a little high b/c of the rating though (4.9x after 12 votes).
1st chapter let me spill my feels.

That's right, I'm a sensitive person.
wish there was more storys about the NEET Woman and the Second Grader.
Well, at least they still have each other. ^_^
The Lady and the Gardener was really touching. But I think I've read/seen something similar before. Does anyone else feel that way too?
