ah man it felt like  that chapter was cut off at the end. @@

Interesting so far,  yeah the language she wrote it in is so obscure  I guess it's to make sure he has to work to read it.  

*yank yank* Jeez the fae are always so impatient about things. And another thing ... why couldn't the mother had just told the fae the message instead of a freaking letter? Obviously speaking to fae is not out of his reach. (then again maybe fae get distracted to easily and can't remember long messages)

 

Or the message in the letter was a private one, only for Andrea to read/see. Otherwise why bother writing a letter in an ancient language? xD

 

That, or the purpose was to send him on a journey for a reason or what not and the fairies are guides/protection of sorts. Well, it's only chapter 1, let's see what happens next.
