This was a good oneshot with multiple interpretations. I prefer a non-romantic interpretation because it just seems a bit cliche if it were so.
Remember that the GE oneshot wasn't bad either.
If I was to believe manga and anime, Japanese people have very fragile health. Who gets "asthma" from a broken heart?!
If ever this gets serialized..
I guess it would revolve around Hina teasing him in every chapters..

You think so, but you are mistaken. Let the author have it for more than about 3 chapters and you would begin to regret.

This I agree. Simple and sweet.
Personally this did seem interesting but this author seriously needs to drop the pathetic protagonists. Good art and interesting story for this one but if the author continues sticking with the same kind of protagonist, I would not hesitate to drop it off the bat. I seriously could not tolerate how pathetic Good Ending's protagonist was.
Series now! I want more angst!
