So much drama here. Chill, it's all fiction.
Close, that's not a right message. More than what you're thinking. It's not only about drug problem, and this whole story is not all about the drug use. It's safe to say that author was inspired by the Philippines news. Vigilantes wouldn't do like this in this comic; they only target existing drug addicts and pushers, not planting drugs on innocents (this comic never mentions Maria as a drug user before the hentai scene).
Let's talk about the situation in the Philippines you may notice in this comic, which targets Filipino readers since it was originally written in Filipino.
- Income inequality. The income gap between rich and poor is very large.
- Life is cheap when you're poor. If you died (as a poor person) from an accident where the rich guy ran over you with a luxury vehicle, the rich guy can get away with their money and proceed like it's nothing.
- Filipina (female) partners from the lower class. If you have lots of money, she will love you and marry you. No wonder why there are lots of old white men with their Filipina wives. But.... a rich Filipino would be the first to pick up a beautiful Filipina of the lower class.
- Mediocre news media. Irresponsible journalism.
I'd rate this comic... 2.5/10. The story is trash. Artwork is decent except for the scene.

I was going to say "I wonder how this story continues" but then I saw it tagged as one-shot. lol
From what I've been glancing in Phillipine news, the current Philippine president has a crusade on drugs, going so far as to have users killed without a fair trial.
I think it was a message that not every drug user is the absolute evil he interprets them to be.
What's the point of this story? It's a hentai plot with a bad ending that's a one shot and isn't a hentai.
