oh well
Translation is awful, man. If you cannot translate something, do not touch that series. I cannot understand what they mean properly,so my joy for manga decrease. Anyways, series has a good end so I satisfied. However I said it before please don't ruin my pleasure with your awful translation.
Hmm, that was genuinely interesting for once. Enough to keep it followed, even. Though I would have wished for a slightly longer epilogue.
I actually considered that as well, but... I don't think it'd fit the authors writing style. Didn't seem to be one for double twists.
I think that everybody here has missed something. Why has no one considered the possibility that Meguru actually lost because he went insane from the total sensory deprivation and that his images of winning were actually a hallucination and that HE was the one who became the fifth death, thus ending the story line. He was shown fighting to keep his sanity during the last two chapters where he had been deprived of ALL of his senses. His images of winning could very well have been his last dying thoughts since he had expressed his desire to die several times.
Just a possibility to consider, my friends.
I liked the ending, it was bitter sweet, both character came out feeling lousy, but both of them also came out as stronger people. Yes they both killed someone, but in their situation, not doing anything would have let two killers walk free, a true injustice. As for the happy ending, I like it, it wraps everything up, and feels like a real ending.
Still, grateful for the translation and scans ShedgeScans.
