Personally, I would have kept unzipping, but then again, because I got old and ugly, I haven't been with a real woman in so long that I've almost forgotten what it tastes like.
Without reading the chapter, this seems like a generic *monsters hostile to humans exist and a secret organization fights them* sort of story.
Edit: after reading the chapter, it seems I was exactly right. It's confusing because it just shows gore and fanservice without explaining anything nor establishing a setting.
