Oh, oh! Do my eyes deceive me!
I had lost hope. Now we're in the crux of the whole affair, the whole inheritance and the religious is slowly coming undone.
Very hard to know the truth at this point still, any young woman could be the children of anyone from what we've been led to believe. Then there's this supposed guardian daughter that is not confirmed to be alive.
I was thinking the same thing, when you're a stranger in a strange land, you can go missing without any problems. Honestly this is a very mesmerizing murder mystery, I didn't know what to expect until they found
Oh man.. this always happens. When bits of truth revealed, instead of temporarily leaving the island to find backup, mc always stays behind. I know he's looking for more solid evidence -- but this is so vexing.
And I feel rising death flags all around doctor. Testimonies never do you good when you live right in the enemy's den.
So we get a few answers, but this just paves the way to more questions.
If she was an accused murderer, why would she go back? There has to be some pretty compelling reason for her to go back after all this time.
Anyhow, unless the body is not actually his friend/client, his feelings ( subtle hints ) will not amount to much.
The scanlator's disclaimer scared me off a bit with their mission for 'steamy boy love' ^^"
Well things are certainly looking complicated here. I'm liking it.
Pretty good beginning.
