Oh man, It's like the author tried to re-create Pride and Prejudice but failed miserable. I can't believe that a doctor like that makes such assumptions he has about the female MC based.....on what exactly? It's like he took drugs and has a vivid imagination.

I admit Harlequin comics are pretty much all the same, once you have read a couple you pretty much know it all. Even so as cliched as they are, they make a nice read, even with the bits of drama and angst you come across its not so bad as you always know the perfect happy ending will come about in end.

So compared to regular shoujo or josei titles you can relax when you read these. No overly complex relationships, no real love triangles. Yes you get past lovers and such showing up, but they never make a difference, never upset the balance and lead you to sway from the main paring.

They are often too perfect and cliched but still I always look forward to new releases where I can simply enjoy what I'm reading and forget about more complex matters and stresses of the day.

So my thanks for the release and I look forward reading the other chapter/s as and when they are done.

I agree that the description looks like shit, but the first chapter wasn't really that bad. I guess we'll just have to wait and see the later chapters...

That description reads like the back of every Harlequin romance I've seen in the used bargain bin at the bookstore.
