the art seems quite alike ...
and the "random" and weirdness somewhat is connected too ...
His penchant for cameos was evidenced in the previous chapter as well. It's gotten to the point where I feel that all the costumes. I see are referencing something, and that my ability to recognize them is limited only by the series I have watched xD.

At the age of 4-7 I believed they were brother and I'd pretend to be one of them, while my brother, cousins would pretend to be the other... then we'd fight and play, pretending to be them.
So when I heard the thing about Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee and Jet Lee being brothers... I could relate and was laughing my ass off. Its like the story with santa claus... you know deep down its not true and fake but deep down you want to believe and hope to be true, even as a adult... that's the same with me the legendary brothers.
Btw, Luffy is Goku's great-great-great-great-great-great grandson!
