Quick update: The author received a ton of followers due to this manga, and is now planning to sell an artbook with all his fox daughter illustrations at comiket.
No porblem, I read it too so I wanted to look it up as well~ xD
So cute and yet so sad at the same time. ... orz
Looks like it. I will have to reread it to be certain.
Thanks for the reminder, my friend.
EArTh ∞?
This seems to be the exact same story line as another, more well developed series that I have read. Can't remember the name of it, but it is also about a beautiful Fox Demon that lost time of a past lover who left her, only to have her mistake a descendent for him years later. A descendent who was out to destroy her because he irrationally thought of her as an evil thing.
Wow, I feel depressed now..
Different backgrounds I guess.
In traditional Japanese mythology, its (usually) not actually the fault of the animal/yokai/deity. Its (usually) the fault of humans but since humans are flawed/ignorant/arrogant they wrongly(?) place blame on someone else and get fucked over when they don't actually address the actual source.
Interesting... A fox god aligned with the folklore (AFAIK, they are associated with catastrophies)... And it's not a happy end either...
I'm loving it, though I feel a tad sad for the fox...
I'd follow him if he had a pixiv account.
Damn if that ain't depressing.
It's a sad story, but the art cracked me up in a few places.
I think the pages are mixed up. It seems to make the most sense when read in the following order: Pages 1, 3, 2, 5, 4, 6, 7, 8
I'm not sure about 2 and 3 to be honest. Their order can go either way. It depends on whether you think he visited once or several times before the events on page 5 start.
Geez, this story is sad though.
Want to cry T-T
Poor Yandere Fox deity.
I'm definitely not fond of adding translations by other people to batoto of all places. Therefore, if the translator or the author ask, I will readily remove this translation. I am simply uploading this because I loved it, am following the author, and think it's a shame there is no semi-permanent place where it's readable on the English-speaking internet.
