Delivery Boy Debacle

I stopped reading after ch 9, the characters were super frustrating to me
 
The seme is the biggest stalker creep ever! He keeps forcing himself onto the poor Xiao even though he clearly says no multiple times.

Exactly what part of his stalker tendencies am I supposed to find charming? His only redeeming trait are his looks  and even then his smile just pisses me off because if feels like everything he's doing is the right, funny or romantic and not creepy and wrong.
 
And the Uke is a moron. Stop accepting Song Kai's offerings! It's just giving the bastard more reasons to stalk you! And actually do something about your situation. Quit, get a new job, get a transfer, tell your superiors do something! (though maybe it's a cultural thing where it's hard to quit/change jobs idk) Song Kai is not his boss he should be able to do something.
 
the side characters annoy me too, they do nothing to help the situation and only make it worse
 
I get that Zou Xiao's frustation and Song Kai's constant badgering are supposed to be comedic but I can't help but interpret their relationship as harassment and it annoys me that the author keeps trying to pass it off as funny or romantic
 
but that's just me, from the comments a number of people like this series so maybe it gets better, so maybe if I get curious i'll finish it but I can't bring myself to read another chapter

The only good thing about this comic, is/was the art. The rest is just bad (not including translation work, ofc. Talking about the comic itself here). Idk, as a "im bored so im gonna read smth to pass the time" I guess is fine, but don't expect too much of it, really.

The progression the comic makes almost looks like It got axed and the author rushed everything to the happy ending.

Unfortunately that's exactly what happened, just like The Devil's Bride, Acid Flower, Sons of Eve, Shades Captor, & Under the Glass Moon.

Anyone know why A Jin abandoned the series? I have so many series that never saw completion in their native publication.... This, The Devil's Bride, Under the Glass Moon, Sons of Eve, Acid Flower, Shades Captor.....

Yeah, time is a serious issue when it comes to translation. I have to consider other things I could be doing - school, working, and other personal projects. :x

 

I've considered accepting commissions, since it'd be a bit of income, but then translating would become work. So many things to consider. :S

I didn't get this at first until I realized you were the contributor dansjfkdasnfjkda I'm sorry, of course, thanks to you and all who work on this and other recent now-batoto-licensed comics.

Since I'm not really able to translate this series on a regular basis, I'll be stepping down from Delivery Boy Debacle for now. Thanks for the support!

I disagree with that wide rec since some of them are quite 'typical' yaoi. Mayonaka no Oyatsu is about a nephew (real blood-related nephew) focusing on his uncle at the ripe age of 14 and he is quite aggressive indeed..

Well.... I don't like gay stuff, but looking at that helpless delivery boy is funny as hell! Imagine that delivery boy being yourself.... Lol I'd wreck that guys face, his house and his life if he was being so abnormal.

And there are many BL without "creepiness". Off the top of my head, I would recommend stuff by Sugihara Shiho! (The only downside to her stories is that they tend to have a slow start)
