Description: | Everyone in a high school is suddenly transported to another world. As they are attacked by monsters they find that some of the students now have superpowers. They organize themselves into two groups. Those without powers are called the Stay Home Group and those with them are called the Exploration Group. On a day where most of the Exploration Group is out, the remaining ones that stay behind start the slaughtering and raping of the Stay Home Group. Here we meet our protagonist, an average guy with no abilities who had just barely escaped death at the hands of his schoolmates. He ends up far away in a cave on the verge of death, exhausted and wounded when a slime enters the cave and starts eating away at his hand. All he can do is utter, “…please… someone out there… help me….” |

it was plautus
I highly doubt Plato said that. It's in Latin...
I think you mean Arifureta (translated by elementalcobalt.wordpress.com)
well, Drunk on power can make human very dangerous, Plato already said it centuries ago, "homo homoni lupus", human is wolf to the other humans.
Let see..now my reading list under category of "Reincarnated Person become OP" grow one more after Overlord, Arifureta, Tensei Shitara Slime Datta , and Rise of the Shield hero.
My experience in high school leads me to believe that is the likely result.
in that situation it would be normal to think that they would die and they don't want to die a virgin
Perhaps you should read Lord of the Flies. This manga is not the first to have this as an integral part of the story.
To answer both... shitty writing.
"Power corrupts; Absolute power corrupts, absolutely".
As for the chapter being so vague, that's how it normally is with novel > manga chapters. They usually do the first chapter with as much action/events to hook the reader's curiosity/interest, then dive into the story in the second/third chapter.
>DEI DO NOT KNO DE WAE
goddammit why
I have two issues with this, first why is this chapter so short and vague about everything that has happened? Second, since when do your average high-schoolers become mass murderers and serial rapists at the drop of a hat?
The concept is interesting but the execution...
The "Safe zone" was simply the area where the students with enough power to become guards patrolled, killing monsters so the powerless (actually implied to have abilities, but less obvious ones, like the MC that is useless without monsters for him to tame) could farm and get lumber.
Probably because the novel was dropped.
Welcome to the jungle.
We've got fun 'n' games.
Oh, I read a few chapters of the novel a few years ago. Wonder why I stopped?
Let's see how this fares.
I haven't seen the manga translated before. Though I've read the translated novel.
that slime got run over by truck-kun too? xD
Ow... this already sounds like an isekai gone bad.
