This is pretty enjoyable thanks for the translations.
Art is terrible, why there are so many poses where she looks like her face was pasted on a different picture?
Sonico is a mascot character. It's not that she didn't trend much; in her heyday she did. More that she's got limited utility which made it hard for her to expand beyond her original role, and she doesn't have quite the staying power. Her games were kinda flops and the anime was not that popular. I think the problem is that Nitroplus tried too hard to force-feed her to fans in the hope that she'll explode like Miku. They failed to realize that Miku's journey to become an icon was almost entirely driven by fans and that Miku works because Crypton pointedly never tried to give her a personality but let fans project what they would onto her.

Well, she didn't trend that much in the weeb(yuck) society. There's been alot of mikuxsonico figures, arts, etc etc. Got her own anime, has several songs. A character on a certain fighting game, has a decent amount of doujin, got several figures. And yes, I'm not a fan.
No she doesn't. She however enjoys it.
In any case, I think being a gravure model is all well and good, and taking pictures in a bikini is nothing much; but having your boobs jiggled by your (female) co-worker somewhat blurs the lines between regular job and workplace harassment... good thing Hannya-san over there intervened. He's not just a pervert, after all.
But considering she's also a pop idle with a modest but not insignificant following and doesn't seem deep into debt like a few shounen protagonists I could name, does she really have to subject herself to this?
I've never seen her not wearing them. I think she took a shower with them in the Anime.
Wait, i thought the headphones were a part of her body. You're saying they are not?!
If there's gonna be any discussion about this can we please talk about how she is still wearing the headphones despite growing out of all her other clothing

Oh my, she's a big girl! I'm not a fan of girls, especially the MC, being portrayed as "dumb", so I hope her lack of modesty is due to the effects of her enlargement. Only the first chapter, so let's see how this progresses.
