I presume the sister is the only one who can possess him (or one of the few souls who can) because of high compatibility between siblings.
Is even possible she is the only who can release that strenght or keep some sense of self and not go berserker.
Its like a mix of Raphtalia (young form) from Tate No Yuusha no Nariagari and Chika from Hitsugi no [Insert name here].
From that alone I have no idea where this story is going (Possibly time travel).
