Not every story needs a happy ending...
Is what I usually say but this damn deserves one I feel like.. But at the same time if you change the ending, the novelty of the story would dissipate into mediocrity

When she talks about making "a decision that she will never regret", she she speaks of Semiko's feelings as if they're her own - in other words, she, too, has fallen in love with a human, and has taken on the cursed form for the sake of love.
