only just got to chapter 4--stopped to comment before I keep going. I don't hate any of the characters yet, which is nice. And if you read a lot of shoujo like I do, I'm sure you might also find this hilarious to read. X'D ah man it's cracking me up with all the cliche stuff. Oh, and the art is pretty, which is a bonus

So, I'm guessing this love confession was pretty bad, based on the reaction. Are gravure idols held to the same standards that pop idols are, regarding relationships? Is that the problem? Because I don't think an actor and actress being in a relationship would be a big deal. 

As cliche and sweet as sugar this shoujo manga is, I always enjoy a good up-and-coming show-biz manga.

Started off rather bad, the plot is definitely dry, it's just not very exciting. Overall it's an okay read but nothing too exciting. However, one interesting thing to note is that the first three chapters are from the guy's perspective. That's a first for me in a shoujo.

also, if he use a megane = dull, then when he open it = handsome , logic= if you want to be handsome use glasses , surprisingly it can be a glassed advertising .. then again it's a shojou manga

Seems like the manga is in for the long run, by establishing the triangle with the determining factor being a thick idiot, and a fourth wheel to troll everyone.

In mangaverse, people sure remember strongly the feels they had at the grand old age of six. 

Cheese, cheese, cheese.  But in a good way.  Dead standard plot, characters have just enough personal quirks to give them a bit of feeling beyond pure cardboard.  But the art is solid, the pacing is nice, it's lively.  I liked the little turn from end ch. 2 to beginning ch. 3, it was like "Dramatic cliche!  Dun Dun Duuuun!" and then "Or not.  Fooled ya!"

I'm not even sure if this actually is a love triangle.  The MC kind of thinks it is, the "rival" sometimes seems like it is, but I find myself wondering if he isn't actually trying to prod our hero into going for it because they're both his best friend and he wants to see them happy.

Shiraishi Yuki does a lot of this:  Cliche shoujo romances with little or no originality, but strong enough craftsmanship to make you feel it anyway.

I have to say, I like how straight forward is Shizuku... she's genuinely surprised by the manliness of Yori lol *dat bishie*

I really like this, but I love it even more if they slow the pace down. It's like each chapter always have some problem that Yori need to fix.
