@SilverAlex: Desperate times call for desperate measures.
If you look at the general announcements on the Company's website (updated last year), translator shortages are the consistent reason why series go on hiatus. Including this one.

My respects, truly a man among men. Tho I must admit, it was epic reading on the chapter:
"translator: google trans".  Seriously, what you do has no price, such dedication just for us the fans. Thank you

@pletar - SnagIt is what I used, not photoshop. Thanks for the encouragement. It's like 5 hours of work. D= And this was an easy chapter to clean.
