Spoiler
Age: 26
Gender: Femmé
Crusader Relation: None, actually. Just adopted by the Noble.
Appearance: Her appearance varies in truth, in plain clothing, Jeanné is simply just a soul to which most would never look twice. Albeit she is elegant, falling in truth to line with those who expect greater things of a soldier like herself. Each stride she posesses seems to hold purpose and distinction. Luminous blue hues beset upon porcelain skin draped upon strands of fine gold are what truly mark her appearance. However, upon drawing the longsword that rests at her hip, she utilizes a strange form of light magic. Of which is both healing and destructive, pending on whom her target might be. With that being said, she enters combat heavily armored, in full plate armor of white. Often earning her the name "The Archangel", the "White Lady", or the "White Knight."
History: The Crusades.
An event that marked both brilliance turbulence, betrayal, and tragedy all within a singular phrase, casualties of innocent people at the hands of either side.. Beneath the merciless onslaught of a sword, rain, and lightning, two devoted parents covered their daughter desperately as a blade removed them of their mortal coil by a brigand. Yet their sacrifice was not in vain, their child had survived.
The Noble, returning home from the Crusade and now lacking an arm turned to find a young child covered in the blood of her family, trembling with fists clenched in unquestionable fury. With the very essence of her core, she wanted revenge, but her fury would not see the crusades, as they would end long before that she would reach the age to touch a sword. Yet, her time would come, enlisting her heart, mind and soul into that of the Empress' military arm the moment she turned 13. However, in her 25th year, life then took a peculiar turn.
It was upon a strange day she found a sword buried in stone in the midst of a wood. She had never seen a blade of the like before, but it sang with such chorous resonance that she couldn't ignore it. It were almost as if it were calling out to her for the sake that she might serve its purpose, and upon the second the youthful girl's fingertips wrapped about its hilt tightly, her life as she knew it came to change. Pain, unimaginable, inexorable pain slowly erupted from her shoulderblades as feathers of light gold landed softly on the earth around her. Collapsing to her knees upon the muddled earth, she was all but helpless to watch as armor formed at her fingertips, fluidly moving up the length of her arm to eventually cover her entire body, and with bitter darkness, the final plate covered her face.
The pain faded, and slowly, she regained her feet. Where there was once armor and wings had disappeared, where a soldier had once stood now rose someone far different. Looking at the blade now resting in her hand, her mind questioned it, and the sword itself decided to give her an answer. Cleanse the injustices from this land, and make it holy again. It begged, it pleaded of her as she held the hilt with a white-knuckled grasp as a new light seemed to burn through her veins. With a silent nod, the blade found it's sheath upon her waist where her old sword had once been, and she stepped forward from the forest as feathers of white flame marked her trail.
Specialty: Above all things, Jeanne specializes in close quarters combat with a one-handed longsword. Practically a master of such a blade, the movement she wields with it could be best described as masterful, fluid, swift, brutal, and merciless. Some say she is able to keep pace with the greatest of the Holy Knights. It is with this blade that she wields raw holy energy, of which she harnesses in her attacks to devastating effect.
Skills:
-Cooking- Quite contrary to her appearance, Jeanné can be quite the chef!
-Religious Knowledge - Self explanatory
-Historical Knowledge - Self explanatory as well?
-Tactical Knowledge - The knowledge of deciding which way to act in the advent of a conflict. The most efficient way thereof.
Equipment & Inventory:
-Ashbringer- Her Sword, of which her adoptive father so aptly named for her.
Some Rations
A heavy Cavalry Horse. Armored in a way that matches hers when she draws her blade..
Relationships:
The Noble - Her adoptive father of whom she is literally quite eternally grateful. She would follow him to the ends of the earth, if given the opportunity.
Siblings - Of both of them, Jeanné cares deeply, and would devotedly protect both.
