Well the original idea was fantasy setting, during a civil war. Sort of like Hunter X Hunter (at least the earlier chapters) where you had weird animals and giant towers and stuff.

The mail company, neutral, would deliver whatever whenever. Place pays you to cart supplies, you cart supplies - bandits be damned. Or secret information from one of the warring factions. Or a magicians subscription to Poof Weekly

A death is a death. If murders are completely unconcerned by the loss of guns, then guns clearly were not the major issue.

If there was any actual benefit to the gun laws introduced, it's that there's less media coverage for mass killings that would influence people into committing similar acts.

In fact, I'd consider that a more important step for the US - changing the fact that every mass shooting seems to focus on the killer instead of the victims in so many of the news channels. They almost become a celebrity.

Thanks Pitou. So that means that he is like any shrewd politician.

The major difference is that most politicians align with their party.

Trump and Sanders were both pretty anti-establishment. The Republicans didn't really want Trump, but he was much more popular than his competitors.

It's called jumping to conclusions. People think just because new gun control laws coming in means "oh my god all my guns are gonna be gone", when in fact it just may be more intense psyche checks and increased tax on ammunition, and they keep their guns, but it becomes harder to obtain and use.

Psychological checks are a rather egregious justification for the restricting of individual rights since psychological fitness is determined so subjectively. Recall that homosexuality was once a condition that one could be institutionalized for and anyone with even a remotely egalitarian mentality will balk at the idea of using fallible psychology to abrogate human rights

To be honest I don't have a strong opinion of either Trump or Hilary. Trump is a bigot, and Hilary is a snake, but I don't believe either of them will actually run the country into the ground. After the elections, people will quickly realize that the president has much less power than they think he does.

The biggest current issue in the United States right now is, in my opinion, its terrible policies where guns are involved; and resolving that issue will be something left to Congress.

After the elections, people will quickly realize that the president has much less power than they think he does.

So, who is Lord Evil, and who is Amazing Nobody Guy?

Lord Evil of Doom Mountain is a man named Malcolm Turnbull, who is basically the living stereotype of a rich white man from the baby boomers generation who doesn't understand how poor people or minorities work.
He was actually listed in the Panama Papers as someone who is using Singapore as a means of avoiding tax, which is funny considering this means the Prime Minister of Australia is dodging Australian tax.

Turnbull has just won the election, but it's unsure whether his party has enough seats to ensure a majority - he may be stuck with a hung parliament.

The Amazing Nobody is Bill Shorten, winner of the Labor Backstabbing Bowl. He is the current leader of the Opposition. He brings very little to the table and so when you vote for him, you're not really voting for him - you're just voting AGAINST Turnbull.

Bill Shorten might actually be a lizard person, as you can see in his photo of him eating a sausage in a bun.

"Look at me", he says with a mouth full of bun. "I am one of you!"

The stuff you see from them is only the extremist portion.

The news isn't gonna report "BLM had a peaceful protest in ______ today and nothing happened"

So when you do get news on them it's usually that crazy offshoot that crashes parades and storms stages.

It'd be more accurate to say BLM have a version of Westboro, like Christians have WBC

It's pretty much true of anything really. Tumblr and Islam are good examples.

Can't judge everyone in it by the same brush, because in the end we're all individuals

KDP maybe it's because I am super autistic but your skills are bad from a mathematical point of view and as someone studying accounting this is making me angry
Very angry
Like, the Hulk asks me to calm down
Lot's Wife tells me I am too salty
I am being sued by Mad Magazine for infringing on their territory
Australian music program Rage wants me on their show.

Description: Using one handed weapons in both hands is fun. Str + 8 when using two, one handed weapons at once. Value increases by 4 for each level of advancement.

E - 4 Strength for 2 Intellect = 2 bonus
D - 8 Strength for 4 Intellect = 4 bonus
C - 12 Strength for 8 Intellect = 4 bonus
B - 16 Strength for 16 Intellect = 0 bonus
A - 20 Strength for 32 Intellect = -12 deficient
S - 24 Strength for 64 Intellect = -40 deficient

This skill caps out at D rank, waits a level, then goes down. You already have D rank meaning you'd never want to add more points

Description: Base skill for all those who want to master the quick draw style. Increases Dex and Str + 1 when attacking while drawing your blade.
Subsequent levels increases this value by 2 for each rank.

E - 1 Strength and 1 Dexterity for 2 Intellect = 0 bonus
D - 3 Strength and 3 Dexterity for 4 Intellect = 2 bonus
C - 5 Strength and 5 Dexterity for 8 Intellect = 2 bonus
B - 7 Strength and 7 Dexterity for 16 Intellect = -2 deficient
A - 9 Strength and 9 Dexterity for 32 Intellect = -14 deficient
S - 11 Strength and 11 Dexterity for 64 Intellect = -42 deficient

This skill caps out at D rank.

Description: Basic skill needed to learns two sword style attacks. Allows for more refined attacks when dial wielding and increases Str and Dex + 2.
Subsequent levels of this ability increases this skill by multiples of 2. I.e D Adds 2 more to the total, C = Adds 4 more B adds 6 more etc.

I am not entirely sure about the language used in this skill, so I will use two different methods of calculation.

E - 2 Strength and 2 Dexterity for 2 Intellect = 2 bonus
D - 4 Strength and 4 Dexterity for 4 Intellect = 4 bonus
C - 6 Strength and 6 Dexterity for 8 Intellect = 4 bonus
B - 8 Strength and 8 Dexterity for 16 Intellect = 0 bonus
A - 10 Strength and 10 Dexterity for 32 Intellect = -12 deficient
S - 12 Strength and 12 Dexterity for 64 Intellect = -40 deficient

OR

E - 2 Strength and 2 Dexterity for 2 Intellect = 2 bonus
D - 4 Strength and 4 Dexterity for 4 Intellect = 4 bonus
C - 8 Strength and 8 Dexterity for 8 Intellect = 8 bonus
B - 14 Strength and 14 Dexterity for 16 Intellect = 12 bonus
A - 22 Strength and 22 Dexterity for 32 Intellect = 12 bonus
S - 32 Strength and 32 Dexterity for 64 Intellect = 0 bonus

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The cost of skills is all exponential progression, but your increases are pretty much geometric.

Meaning over time they'll always lose. You'll spend more on Int than you'll gain in Str/Dex

Rather than going for stat gains you should probably go with fewer skills or try something more specialized. You have lots of options, do use them. Examples below

A passive where striking an enemy reduces their movement capability (increased duration/slow % per level)

A passive which does increased damage for every successive hit you land (increasing damage bonus % per level)

A passive where you get an automatic 10% chance to avoid a ranged attack (+10% per level)

A passive where you get a damage bonus after dodging or parrying an attack

An active where you hit every enemy around you (increasing # of targets hit, or times they are hit, or range they are hit, or whatever your heart desires)

An active where you can make multiple attacks in a single action (increasing # of attacks per level)

An active where an enemy is unable to move for a short duration, allowing you to basically obliterate dastardly dodgers (increased duration per level)

An active where you slash as you move past an enemy, letting you position yourself behind them (this would be only if you're not fighting solo, it's a team skill. Damage increase per level)

Pleeeenty of options. And that's only the ones I have come up with in my fevered insanity, terribly sick and having visions of tort law and governmental separation of powers.

REAVER

Terminal March

A dreary day. Reaver had mixed feelings about the rain. On one hand it was relaxing. On the other it made her sleepy. She wouldn't have even noticed the frog if not for the warbling cry of Ellie. At least this would keep the blood flowing, she thought as she leapt out of the wagon.

Reaver sprinted forward at first sight of the frog, quickly changing direction to the left as it was joined by it's bretherin. The rifleman would handle that one - line of sight and all. She wasn't worried about a trap; that would only serve to make this more enjoyable.

Multiple things, but spread out around the carriage. Abnormally intelligent tactics for frogs. Controlled? Just AI routine? Irrelevant. She wanted to close the distance before they could fully employ those tongues. Being stuffed into a frogs mouth would be a humiliating and probably not even painful way to go.

Reaver used Mortal Wound, unleashing a vicious slash across the nearest frog's leg as she dashed past it. She wondered briefly if frogs felt pain as she closed on her main target.

A quick leap took her to the massive frog's side. She'd wanted to avoid being in front of it - that mouth was very large. A small circle she thought was it's ear made an excellent target for a second Mortal Wound. Reaver smiled as memories of high school science class dissections came to mind.

SNARF
Cave Daria

Snarf glared at the approaching bear. It was licking it's lips as if to say it was about to eat something. The only things here were Snarf and Snarf's food. Snarf did not like the implications of this. The bear's attitude needed adjusting. It's threats of theft would not be allowed to stand.

She shifted her stance and prepared herself. Snarf Charged forward and jumped upwards over the baby moose's head. The moose's back became a platform for her magnificent leap into the sky towards the bear. Other gobbies were not intelligent enough to see the way of things. They would flee from the bear. They would say that to fight the bear was madness. Hah. Madness? THIS! IS! SNARF'S FOOD!

Snarf's mighty spear came down towards the bear's open mouth. She would give it a meal. A meal of stick. Down the throat. Like it was food but it isn't food. Haha. Snarf was so witty.

Good news. I saw a doctor and am now on medication. I should be able to do posts longer than Snarf elbow-dropping a fire now

It would be Endurance and Willpower, Inu.

You don't need to note scaling and shit, I scale abilities automatically.

Yes, Poultice restored Endurance per post

The acid does damage so long as it is in contact with an enemy. After contact with lifeblood is broken, the acid rapidly winds down.

SNARF

Snarf looked at the young scared moose. Clearly the poor thing had been separated by the fire from it's kin. Truly tragic. It would never survive alone.

She approached slowly. This was obviously a sign from nature. It had delivered this poor defenceless child into her hands when it most needed a guardian. Could her path be any more clear?

She was cautious to try to not scare it off. Gentle care was needed here, not brute force. Hopefully it would let her get close so she could take care of it. A stab to the face should work. If it tried to move she would charge it and stab it's face. Both were acceptable options and Snarf was pleased.
