Chapter 25 of CITT is an exception

 

Someone uploaded a chapter using our name years ago and it's still on aggregates. We decided we might as well release c25 in normal mode so new CITT readers at least know that the newer chapters exists.

 

Also I'll go update the rules page - we are allowing Webtoons (other than Cheese in the Trap and Pink Lady) to be distributed. For example we made The Dragon neighbor available for distribution for at least the first couple of chapters.
