I think it'll be exceedingly difficult to portrait the special traits of the musical pieces appropriately.

it'd be awesome if the hype surrounding yuri on ice got someone working on other figure skating manga, like, say, Blizzard Axel

I'll finish it off just in case.

Shirley Jackson's books (We Have Always Lived in a Castle - psychological, btw) , her short stories ("The Lottery", "Charlie", "The Possibility of Evil"); Roald Dahl's short stories - like "Lamb to the Slaughter" and "The Landlady" to name a few.
though I'm pretty sure you might've read them already, but if you haven't, start reading George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. honestly, that series is intense, man. FIRE AND BLOOD

thanks for the recs, blerghers. My mom's a huge fan of Agatha Christie so I grew up watching the TV series based on her books, but I remember starting a Miss Marple short story book and not getting into it. I really want to try again though, simply because the stories themselves are great. Just checked out the Bryand and May series and it seems awesome. I had no idea Roald Dahl wrote anything that wasn't for children. I must read it. As for A Song of Fire and Ice, I read the first book before the tv show started and I was going to continue, but now with all the hype (and having to wait years for the books to be released) I'm waiting for the series to end before reading it all. Btw, there's a word limit for the comments, that why your comment was cut short :) Mine too

Yesterday I read They too, Love. I wasn't really expecting much but it turned out to be really interesting. It was funny, the characters were charming and I really liked the dynamics between them. The ending didn't disappoint me, either. Truly a pleasant surprise.
