Chaotic Scans is a newly-formed scanlation group dedicated to dropped manga, old or new. We focus on titles that we think has potential, but has been forgotten or is just lurking around--- these babies need some attention too. We're currently working on Saike Mata Shite mo, but we are also thinking of picking up other titles.
