The first manga is completed and it's about a love triangle between the Male MC, a human Female and a Youkai. The MC stays in a Youkai Apartment/Inn I think and He got turned into a statue in the later chapters while the Youkai were making fun of him saying that he should've done a cool pose if he was going to be turned into a statue. In the ending chapters a huge Sakura tree (I think?) bloomed behind the Apartment/Inn and he turned back into a human from a statue thanks to the Female Youkai heroine love for the MC.

I've only read the synopsis of the second manga but it was popular on Batoto if I recall. It was about a boy who inherit his Grandfather Coffee shop/Cafe? in the countryside and there were people visiting his shop/cafe daily.
