You know that the people uploading are just regular users, right? They can't upload chapters they don't have. If it bothers you, why don't YOU go find the chapters and upload them, instead of complaining that the efforts of others aren't good enough for you.

Judging by the chapter title, I would guess that you have non-English characters in your file names. Change the name to English-only characters and try uploading again.

Are only non-English applications being accepted? Because first it said, "English has plenty," but then it said, "Unless you are applying to be the English contribution moderator." I just thought it was weird that there are "plenty" of English mods, but nothing's been taken care of for months in terms of duplicates and rule violations being uploaded.

If I may, I would like to point out a few minor things:

1. Comics should only be marked as "complete" when every chapter has been uploaded to Batoto in English.

2. Descriptions should be in English.
