Apparently, this is suppose to be about me.

 

Here's a recipe instead (NEW RECIPE) :

 

Twisted Tuna Sandwiches

 

1 can of tuna

4 of 5 leaves of lettuce (your choice of lettuce!)

1 carrot

1 celery branch

1/4 cup of peas (optional)

1/2 cup of grated cheese (optional)

Sliced bread

 

Slice the lettuce into small squares/rectangles and dice the celery branch. Bring together in a mixing bowl. Grate the carrot, then add the peas and the grated cheese.

Mix together.

With a rolling pin, flatten your sliced bread (about 4 to 6 slices) and put on a oven safe plate.

Put the mix on the flattened bread.

Roll the bread -you might need a few toothpicks to hold them rolled.

Put in the oven on BROIL 2 to 5 minutes.

Serve hot with mayonnaise/mustard as dips.
