A good gender bender about identity is 'Himegoto - Juukyuusai no Seifuku'. Another is 'Fukigen Cinderella', and also 'After school Nightmare', both a lot to do with identity. I don't read a lot of gender bender, so I apologise if you have read these already

Well, if you like the ecchi plus violence/gore combo, then 'trash' has you covered. There's no filming or competition element; instead it's about two assassins working for a Yakuza type schoolgirl boss (it's really good; when you read it, you'll get that the name fits the story and characters well; lookouts of messed up stuff). 'corpse party' also has the gore and ecchi combo, more on the gore side though. Same for 'Dolls Fall'.
Now that I think about it, 'Underdog' is pretty similar to Deadtube, including the high-stakes competition element.

You might like 'Hatsukoi Zombie', 'Henjo - Hen na Joshi Kousei Amaguri Senko', 'Himegoto - Juukyuusai no Seifuku', 'Medaka Box' and 'Owari no Seraph'. Hope this helps

I'd suggest 'Imori 201', 'Henjo' and 'puppy lovers' for comedy+ecchi. For horror plus ecchi, there's 'infection', 'delusional love' and 'dead Tube'. There's also 'Deathtopia', a horror/action/ecchi, but really only worth reading for the ecchi.
