Chapter Numbers: 27, 28, 29

Chapters 27-30 were published on the raw site with two parts, meaning that there should be two chapters for each number. As such, the current numbering on Batoto is messed up.
The three chapters before chapter 30, or what is now "Ch. 28.2" should be changed to not create confusion.

The following numbers should be changed as such: 
Ch. 27 -> Ch. 27.1
Ch. 28 -> Ch. 27.2
Ch. 29 -> Ch. 28.1

Hi! I'd like to request to become a contributor. I don't belong to any specific centralized group, but I participate in threads for the Keijo! translations.
I've uploaded about 20 chapters of Keijo! so far, and there's still 40 more chapters to be typeset and uploaded.

I'd really appreciate being a contributor so that I'd be able to upload the chapters and not have to cause work for the moderators.
Additionally there are multiple versions of the chapters as they are being proofread, and I'd like to be able to replace the chapters if needed and not have to send another upload request.

I've read and understood the rules and I am aware of the technicalities involved in the uploading process.
