Even with hard refresh, nothing change for me

I told you, you have to try it a few times before it works.

But it only works for exactly two pages, then I'm back to looking at a picture-less page.

That thing stopped working ever since the website overhaul.

It's always stuck at CDN SG.

Same problem here.

Only one difference.

If I do a hard refresh, then it loads after two or three tries.

Anyone know why this is happening?

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this.

If you navigate to a previously viewed page then the page doesn't jump to the top.

It stays stuck at the same position.

For example:

• Go forward one page.
• Press back button (Not left key).
• Go forward one page again.

You'll not see the page starting from the top. Instead it'll be from the point where you went forward from.

Same thing happens if, for example:

• Read a chapter.
• Go back and start reading from a previous chapter.
• When you reach the chapter you originally read it wont jump to the top of the page anymore.

PS: I use Firefox v37.0.2.

In the headings of the reader, why is apostrophe(') being written in it's HTML entity equivalent (')?
