Hi! I go by Ere. I do some rough translations of all kinds. I like to poke fun of my taste, it’s pretty trashy, but you can’t help but like what you like!

I’m 29 years old, have been studying Japanese for 17 years, have a degree in it, and have lived in Japan for a total of 3 years at this point. While I don’t consider myself fluent, I am an advanced speaker… Nonetheless, I haven’t BEEN in Japan or studied the language in a while, so I’m fairly rough and I have a tendency to translate fairly literally, so the translated flow in English may be off at times. I’m not perfect!

Currently I’m working through the cogs of capitalism, and have a bunch of other hobbies too, so translations can be sporadic! I try to pick things back up eventually, though if I lose interest in a thing then it’s likely to be dropped.

While I understand this is the internet and it’s not like I have control over it, I would appreciate if you did not steal my translations if you wish to use them. Please send me a message! Or at the very least, source me.
