#1403939 Give me the top 3 Anime heroine/character that you hate the most and why?

  1. The entire cast of Kill la Kill. Specifically bob cut. Absolutely toxic, and her constant interference prevented any semblance of character development by the MC. She literally forces the MC into fights she has no reason or business fighting. I refuse to memorize names form this show.
  2. The entire cast of Horizon in the MIddle of Nowhere. Specifically the MC. Isn't there for half the show and, when he is there, shows up with a smug face and does absolutely nothing. Don't expect me to remember any name from this show, either. I was so infuriated that I brain bleached as much as I could.
  3. The entire cast of Arata Kangatari. Specifically Hinohara. The crime: being the declared MC instead of Arata. Hinohara only knows how to use his low-*** self esteem and lack of personal direction to stall everything instead of actually fueling the story's tension with his flaws. We're just constantly shown how much better the story would have been if Arata were the focus instead of Hinohara, which just twists the knife that much further.

This was a hard topic for me. The last two were brain bleached so hard I had to sit down for several minutes just to remember the names of the series. The first one was a no-brainer, though. There are still people that love that show and I simply don't associate with those people.

#1353057 What was the 1st manga you ever read?

Ah! My Goddess. It was at the library and I was out of sci fi fantasy novels I wanted to read.

@3swordfan Rave Master was definitely my second. I hunted down Tokyopop stuff religiously back in 1998 once I found a nearby bookstore. Man, it hasn't aged very well hahaha.
