I really can't realise if the drawings are really bad or the artist is good. I saw little kids who are drawing better but there are some images were the artist is looking like an experienced one.

It's pretty clear that One could draw better if he tried. Probably a combination of no assistants/too lazy to give extra effort for a throwaway gag webcomic, and that it actually looks a lot funnier that way.

There is a bit of a tradition with intentionally lowering the art quality for comedic value.
http://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/sexy-commando-gaiden-sugoiyo-masaru-san-r4310 uses this often, even though it was a regular Weekly Shōnen Jump comic.

Nah. I think the drawings by Murata really emphasize the comedic value of the comic and takes it to the next level. Normally the half assed drawing style looks funnier compared to "normal" drawn manga, like Shonen Jump lvl. But if you see Muratas drawing in this One Punch Man you are literally blown away. I think it's a unique new combination, this high end drawing and hilarious story telling.

I'd dare say that you're wrong.
Sure that sometimes the drawing style is intentionally made childishly/bad, to empathize the silly situation/comedy aspect of a manga/anime. But that obviously isn't the case with his manga.
His manga is badly drawn most of the time, even situations which aren't funny, are drawn badly. It's obviously a case of laziness, or One not trying. It feels like a manuscript to me, which was meant to give an idea on how it is.

The case with Sugoiyo!! Masaru-San, is that it's in the ''old drawing style'', and the drawing quality is pretty decent for its time. So yeah, comparing this to Sugoiyo!! Masaru-san isn't quite justified either.

P.S: I laugh over the guy who brought out ''One Piece'' . I am sorry but it's so unfitting that it's silly. One Piece isn't about the comedy, it's about the adventure. This piece here has NOTHING to do with adventure, and even the comedy is of a completely different style.

I would have to say it seems more like personal taste...(THE LINES!!!THE ARTIST COULD BE USING THE LINE TOOL BUT INSTEAD CHOSE TO USE THE BRUSH!!! WHYYYYYYY it really seems like the artist's solely using the brush with no re-dos or undos at all ;-; ... )

I took a look at the link provided for the original one and....its interesting to see the comedic values of it drawing style I guess. 

 

I think I'll wait and see the epicness of Murata Yuusake's version. Every chapter looks awesome!

Rejoice !!!!the webocomic is being translated, someone in /a/  is doing such feat, but he(?) started from the Volos Invasion arc chapter 32, the arc after Murata currently one.
