Well only with in the tournament or outside the tournament? If its not limited to the tournament then; Jin Tae Jin,Bak Mu Bong, and that one priest that can make swords in the air. In the tournament only is Jae, Park, and Jin.

outside the tournament it'll be bak mu bong, that insanely powerful priest guy, then it would between jin tae jin and the guy whose spreading the teachings of ITF taekwondo around.

Jin mo ri is the strongest because he's the main character D:
and right now probably jae and park because they seem to be the other main characters~ Jin mo ri's parnters might actually get stronger some time soon though

Exactly, how can you count a god - it's totally cheating. Plus you get into the argument of whether it's his innate ability (from when he was a proper god) or what he can use now. Coz if it's the former, he's even stronger than Jin tae Jin, but if it's the latter, he has trouble just dealing with park il-pyo
But if you ignore Jin Mori, the uber strong priest guy and Jin tae Jin are the strongest (bak mu bong doesn't count since he's already been defeated by Jin tae Jin in the past) while il-pyo is the strongest within the tournament (unless the key shouldn't be counted either)
