Considering some of the "alikes" I've seen in here, I'd just like to throw in

Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru

Not an otaku per se, but anti-social and good at reading the human psyche and manipulating it to achieve his ends, alot like Keima, thou he dosn't aim for love.

Forgot to mention it is Anime and Light Novel, not Manga, or maybe they've made a manga, but it can't be far along.

I'm not sure if you've already read this one but i'll try to suggest this one,,, well the only similar from this manga to TWGOK is just harem,but still I would like it to recommend it for some change of pace but i assure you your gonna like this one ^^, and the atmosphere of the manga is similar to Outbreak company since the protag their teaches common sense there which is also the same here.. 

 

 

In a hidden school surrounded by mountains, young ladies of good families are taught everything a high class lady needs to know. They are also completely cut off from the outside world, keeping them sheltered and innocent. However, a problem has come up recently-- more and more graduates are failing to cope with the modern world after graduation. To deal with this problem, they've decided to kidnap a male commoner student, and enroll him as a student. They hope that this will be a gentle way to introduce the girls to the outside world.

Kagurazaka Kimito is chosen for this dubious honor, mostly because he seems utterly average. However because of the false information of her childhood friend, the school leaders also seem to have concluded he's a homosexual with a muscle fetish. When Kimito hears that the alternative may be castration (to protect the girls' purity), he eagerly plays along with this misconception and pretend that he's really is a gay. Now he'll just have to survive the attention of many high class young ladies that are completely out of touch with the world!

 

 

A typical type of harem setting, but the character is forced to be in it. The story starts off when the main character, Kimito is forced to go to an all girls school where they are being trained to be mistresses and force him to quit his current school and transfer him their. As Kimito is forced to stay in the all girls school he encounters several girls each with a different personality who want to hang out with him.

a typical heroine with an airhead personality but kind and has a social issue and hard for her to make friends,so in short a loner girl,  and kimito calls her "Miss Tsun pure" which is why she was always been deceived or being toyed by kimito which is funny if you read the first few chap XD and she's the first one who make contact/meet with him..

A girl with a very very refined and beautiful and popular on school...but her hidden personality is a box of full of surprises so be warned but don't worry she's not a yandere i'm sure of it..In the later chap she's the first girl who falls inlove with kimito,thats what i believe, i think..

                  my favorite heroine ^^,....she's a shy and a little bit tsundere and a samurai CLUMSY XD..her personality is very very similar to lucia of rewrite if you ever play that VN game or she's like kanzaki kaori of toaru majutsu no index..she's also a loner and her situation is similar to Yachiyo Todoroki of "working" where her classmate is afraid of her because of her bringing katana...her first meeting with kimito was when she challenge kimito to a duel because of some misunderstanding..but apparently she lost to kimito bacause of her own fault and clumsiness and kimito really didn't do a thing and because of that she decided to make kimito her master and hang out with him and declaring that someday she will beat kimito..XD funny after remember that scene..

Of course our ROmCom Manga won't be complete if there's no loli XD..she's very very cute and a Genius and a year younger than kimito but here personality is very childish and cute..her talent is being a good scientist and even create robot, ETC at a very young age..but because of that she don't have time to play and don't have friends too..she has a habit of writing hypothesis and some mathematical whatever on the wall while stripping XD ahahha thats why kimito has a hard time making her put some of her clothes...apparently from time to time she developed feelings from kimito but she's not aware of his own feelings and even her own maids notice her changes after meeting kimito.

She's kimito's childhood friend and also work as voice actress at a dating sim game company and always the main charac of the game with a cute and kind heroine setting..but don't be fooled..in her real life she's a sadist and always making fun of kimito and forcing him to play all of the game where she is the heroine ahahahah XD..well its obvious that she's inlove with kimito despite of his personality but i'd still put her in to the potential heroines since up until now in the latest chap that i've read (chap 13 is latest so far on eng translation..) she's still not making an appearance on the manga although there is a phone call scene that happened..but i'd like her to make an appearance on the manga so that it will be fun and more rivalry lolx XD if only i know how to read RAW manga's Y.Y

Miyuki Kujou

I think she's the head of all the maids in the school and also manage some business of school and maybe right hand of the principal...she has no romantic feeling with kimito and also a little sadist but there are some ecchi or funny moments where i think they would become a good match or a good couple so i wish some event happen so that miyuki may fall for kimito..here one of my favorite moment from her,

The principal of the school but she's very young to be a principal..thats why she can be a potential heroine can be an onee~san type or adult/mature heroine type..who knows maybe she falls for kimito too just like any other harem ROmCOm genre's out there..

Personal comment :

MC have quite knowledge about game, but he seems don't really have "attachment"  to it ...

moreover, when he tell it to all that "ojousama" they actually get hooked to it in extreme way instead ... =3= ...

yeah, quite a fun read indeed ... (kinda sad translation update isn't so fast)

Heres one that I just started reading and really enjoying it. Youkai Shoujo - Monsuga
It has that aesthetic of Otaku culture and supernatural elements of TWGOK. I say this manga seems like a combination of the good elements of To Love Ru Darkness and TWGOK. That being a proactive MC thats on the upper tier of pork chop harem MCs. Distinct characters that are flawed and sympathetic and have interesting back stories. And for once (As I read so far) no childhood friend stereotype (Like theres anything wrong with that, but its a little too easy). Lastly, a lot of the interesting bits connect itself with Youkais, and the manga does a really good job making itself a great, legitimate Supernatural manga, comedic harem story, all in one.

Edit: There is something like Bakemonogatari(great), where our main protagonist gets the living s*** kicked out of him but at least he's not a push over.

Description:
Part time worker at a general store in Akiba, Yatsuki encounters a beautiful girl named Roka when she lands on his face in the middle of a park. Much to his surprise, he's able to become friends with this beautiful girl... but she hides a terrible secret that Yatsuki will find out soon enough. he somehow have plan to support and caring to other girls ... however he is slow in realizing their love to him ...

pretty much like Katsuragi Keima, but this MC have less successful in planning matter ...

(it seems he is unconsciously plan it and don't even notice it)

25% of it usually goes fail because other girl don't notice it or he, himself don't notice girls feeling ...

MC is otaku and ... like usual rule of otaku MC, he have very high intuition ...

He also good in escaping, spy, or analyzing ... but ...

also he have quite good leadership too ...

It also being said he already have "Ranger" training and Special Force ability ...

the other says it's just for bluff and he actually don't have any quality as Solder ...

(since he is Otaku, and passing his free time in reading LN, WN, manga, etc ...)

is it true he just otaku ? or ...

 

Anime version is avoiding Blood, Rape, and Guro ...

quite disappointing IMO ...
