Just as a starter, I really like the characters as well as the plot. It comes pretty episodically, but that's part of its' charm. I am really looking forward to seeing where the story is going. From the extra that came out, I really think that there is someone in Suzu's past, apparently not a nice person, who is going to play a role in the future. I am guessing it has something to do with who decided to sell her and her sister to a brothel. I remember her saying that it happened after her Mother had died and her brother was killed, so I don't know if it was her father or some other family member who made that decision. All I know is that I am completely prepared to hate anyone who would sell a girl into prostitution, and cannot think of any reason at the moment that would change that. I just want any such person to be completely crushed by Tsuguru and company.
Really looking forward to the next chapter.

Well! No good deed goes unpunished. I have to admit that the tall character was a real pro at being a confidence man. We have also gotten to see Tsuguru "angry" as he put it, and he's so calm and smiling it's pretty frightening. We also found out that he did a fair amount of research on Suzu's background, and have seen some of her memories. I'm really looking forward to more of this story. Thanks Evil Flowers and Aerandria, for bringing it to us.

Nice new chapter. This has definitely become one of my favorites. Tsuguru is a great character, and his obliviousness is part of his charm. Suzu becomes cuter and more endearing (if possible) the longer this manga goes on. Her becoming aware of her feelings is done delicately and with humor by the mangaka, with no cheap angst or phony, breathless passion. I think the greatest quality of the writing is the ability to keep the very real innocence of the main characters without hiding the sordid and seamy side of what goes on around them. The author is a real genius.
