well yeah, Finland really care about their education so much,
when I'm in high school I once ever visit their embassy in my country(because of my assignment) and they really talked a lot about their top priority in education, indeed they said that only education, I mean higher education for each people could resolve the problem within every country. sounds legit and I found it reasonable.
I mean their words was like : better education, better moral.
