well the first few chapters are slice of life, so it should stay
besides alot of slice of live seires are anything but ordinary.
Medaka box blurs the line between slice of live and supernatural
just like how the anti-hero Wolverine blurs the line between hero and villain but you're not going to stop calling him a hero are you?
