Well, i usually never cry for animes, but clannad after story really hit me. That one was really powerfull. Also the end of angel beats, somewhat.

I have watched some sad anime such as clannad, chrono crusade, angel beats, and so on. but they only manage to make me sad and not crying 
. but then i watch fate zero and i have to say that anime hit me really hard (especially on episode 23), fate zero is the first anime that manage to make me cry even-though I didn't feel sad when watching it

Didn't technically make me cry, but things that happen in the 4th episode of Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu always manage to kill happiness in me.

Don't think I've ever cried with an anime and I still don't get why people cried with the angel beats ending ,I thought it was a pretty good ending , I mean , we already knew they were all dead , and they end up filling their lives , hell the two main characters even ressurect!

Well, I have seen the Sword Art Online, and for me, the anime ends with episode 14, when the world crumbles and they vanish together, at the edge of the world. That was beautiful and a real tearjerker.
