I personally think Furuichi shouldn't change. I know some people may disagree, but he fulfills a necessary supporting role. Furuichi is one of the few non-fighting characters, and the only main one. If his status changes, I would be a little sad. 

 

Not to say that NOTHING can change. I think he and Nenene should start going out. They would be an interesting combination, and I think it would be funny if they still called him Mobicchi.

He needs to be close to Oga's level so he can still tell him off when needed. Someone suggested contracting with Lamia since she also has a support position while also maintaining his label as a lolicon.

I personally think he should get power-ups occasionally, just not all the time

He needs to fill the non-combatant role of the series, but who wouldn't want to see him kick some ass every once in a while?

Plus at this rate, it'll be an all-out war soon, chances are he'll need to get involved in the fighting

 

...But then I can be very wrong here, since he didn't fight at all in Behemoth's arc

But still he is pretty tough, the guy beat him to pulp and he go running ... Well I think its partly cause of Oga ^^ and being beat pretty often

Furuichi is the comic sidekick and best friend. Changing him would ruin the story.

Oga is kinda dumb but strong. Furuichi is smart but weak. A great combo.

Creepichi is given a long time ago since furuichi is always skirt-chasing

Lolichi (I think) is given when he's found out with lamia after the lord en arc

Lol I was right about to point that out. It's because Furuichi is Oga's secretary/lieutenant/butt monkey/best friend! I wonder if he'll actually be able to use the power of the King's Crest after this? He'd be able to keep up with the others, having 0!

I think, without giving it much thought, that Furuichi's strenght will mainly be based on the temporal contracts with the Pillar Squad... D:
