I have tried three times to view TOG ch30 with online viewing. Everything slows down and freezes up slower then molasses, including the browser itself. The page eventually transitions to blank after like 5 minutes or something, maybe it would eventually even load ch 30 given a half hour or something. Meanwhile my HDD chatters away madly. Each time I forcefully close down my firefox browser and reload.

When I force my browser closed I got this error message-

plugin-container.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried loading the latest chapter of ziggy and that did load.

Oh and on a unrelated subject, isn't it about time that the forum link on the main site page took us to this forum rather then a page that gives the link to this forum requiring a copy/paste?

That's not really the fault of our viewer but a certain plugin that you have.

You can try and find out which of your plugin on firefox is causing the problem. Perhaps one of your plugin does some stupid thing when there's big images... That's about as much as I can guess. It is also possible that your FF has been infected due to a malware (easy to get virus in plugins).

Also, the link has been updated already. You might be loading from cache (F5).

Its not the link, I tried loading TOG ch31, that loaded just fine. Then I tried switching over to chapter 30 via the pull down window, it started to show, then total freeze up. Are you saying chapter 30 is so much bigger then chapter 31 or other comics?

Not much I can say, it loads fine on my firefox. Try turning off your plugin and visit the chapter 30.

What plugin and how?

Anyway I tried again, I left it to resolve itself for like 20 minutes, eventually things unfroze and I got partial load. Now beyond the first part the images didn't completely load and are grainy, so I loaded a individual image into its own page, then reload to clear out the grainyness then change to the next image set by increasing the number at the end and refreshing again. Its slower progress through the story, but its working.

You could try downloading the chapters if this issue becomes recurrent.

You can try with all the plugins disabled. :P And work your way by halving if you have a lot.

Disable all, see if it solved.

If solved, disable half, see if still solved.

If solved still, enable the rest 1/4.... etc continue

If unsolved now, disable the other half, and continue... etc.

Work that manual debugger. :P

What about fixing the forum link? Also, the quoting BBC code is clearly not working.

The forum link on the online reader? It's already been fixed since days ago...
