I'm gonna go with the Mass Effect trilogy right now (I just finished it with the extended cut). It's so fucking beautiful. To see all your choices come together in the end, the sacrifices made, the characters and their actions! No game has ever moved me like this game did.. It's so sad to see it all come to an end but it also makes me very happy to see it finally come to a close.

First and Seconds, wonderful. Third, fucking amaizing, up until the HARBINGER LAZOR BEAM OF DOOM!!!! Even with the Extended Cut, the ending is horrible for what everything before it was. FFS, players wrote better endings and theories as to why the endings are what they are, and that idiot Casey stomped on all that like it's shit. Prison sentence right there!

Imma go top 5, 1 is hard. Deus Ex, Vampire the masquerade redemption, Neverwinter nights (and its expansions), Mass effect 1(minus the grind) and Dungeon Keeper.

Dungeon keeper is still fun today and was awesome back then, Deus ex did alot for the genre and is pretty replayable just to look round, Vampire was really long and the story/characters were pretty interesting, Neverwinter had some unique moments and quests which made me really love it, Mass Effect was awesome.

oh this is hard well if i had to choose i guess sonic 3 and knuckles god that game is great following a close second would have to be the blazblue series since im a fighting game junky

can't really say what game is my absolute favorite but there were some games or game series that I still remember quite well:
Planescape Torment, Morrorwind, Legacy of Kain games, Neverwinter Nights and Baldurs Gate 1+2 (with addons), Diablo1+2 (D3 isn't even close to being a favorite, it isn't a bad game...just not what I was looking for in a Diablo game) and there are most likely more games I should mention but can't think of any right now.

Yeh! Thats actually a good game with great portagonist.

But yeah, Tales of Symphonia the first. For me the "true" gaming started from there. Moreover it's, like, the best game ever.
